James O’Keefe’s O’Keefe Media Group has unveiled damning evidence that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg actively worked to suppress anti-COVID vaccine narratives while boosting pro-vaccine propaganda. These revelations directly challenge Zuckerberg’s recent claims that his platform’s censorship was entirely due to pressure from the Biden administration.
This latest exposé highlights Facebook’s deep involvement in shaping the COVID-19 narrative, including providing hundreds of thousands of dollars in free advertising credits to groups pushing pro-vaccine messaging.
Zuckerberg has been on a public relations blitz in recent months, attempting to distance himself from Facebook’s controversial censorship practices. In a letter to Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan last August, Zuckerberg acknowledged that Facebook complied with government demands to suppress certain stories related to COVID-19 and the 2020 election.
In an interview with Joe Rogan, Zuckerberg claimed the Biden administration “forced” Facebook to censor COVID-related content, pledging to push back harder against similar government demands in the future.
However, critics argue that Facebook’s censorship of conservative voices predates the Biden presidency, suggesting the platform willingly aligned itself with certain narratives long before any external pressure was applied.
The most explosive evidence comes from a leaked May 2021 Rockefeller Foundation conference call, obtained by O’Keefe Media Group. During the call, Rockefeller officials discussed Facebook’s role in distributing free advertising credits to pro-vaccine organizations.
Estelle Willie, the foundation’s Director of Health Policy and Communications, described these arrangements:
“We negotiated 100,000 ad credits per pilot city to use, and then we also got ad credits for Governor Cuomo after he called Otis asking. It was the weirdest thing.”
John Spangler, the former Director of Communications and Advocacy, added jokingly, “Estelle, you should just keep a running tab of the number of free ads you’ve unlocked from partners this year. That’d be a fun stat.”
According to an O’Keefe Media Group source, Facebook provided at least $500,000 in ad credits—potentially much more—to organizations promoting pro-vaccine messaging. These groups included the Chicago Community Trust, Faith in Action, and the United Way of Greater Newark.
One of the most damning aspects of the leaked call is the implication that Facebook’s actions were not solely a response to government pressure. Employees referenced direct contacts with Facebook staff to coordinate public health messaging, suggesting the platform acted independently to combat so-called misinformation.
“This wasn’t just about Biden,” James O’Keefe stated. “Facebook had its own team working to suppress dissenting views while amplifying pro-vaccine content.”
The Rockefeller Foundation employees also discussed efforts to secure similar advertising deals with YouTube and Twitter, further emphasizing the coordinated nature of these initiatives.
Zuckerberg’s claims of victimhood fall flat when viewed in the context of Facebook’s long history of suppressing conservative voices. As early as 2018, Project Veritas exposed Facebook and other platforms for shadow banning and throttling content.
Additionally, Zuckerberg’s controversial role in the 2020 election has faced heavy scrutiny. His 501(c)(3) organization, the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), funneled millions into swing state jurisdictions under the guise of election integrity efforts. Critics allege these funds were used to favor Democratic candidates.
The revelations further erode public trust in big tech companies and their ability to operate impartially. While Zuckerberg continues his apology tour, these new findings suggest Facebook was a willing participant in narrative control efforts, not merely a victim of government overreach.
O’Keefe’s investigation sheds light on the broader implications of tech giants’ unchecked power in influencing public discourse. The leaked call also raises serious questions about the ethical responsibilities of corporations in shaping narratives during public health crises and elections.
James O’Keefe has hinted at more explosive revelations to come. During a recent interview, he stated, “This is just the beginning. We’re uncovering a web of collusion that goes far beyond Zuckerberg or Facebook. The American people need to see the full picture.”
The forthcoming evidence reportedly includes details of government agencies, including the Department of Defense, actively working to undermine the Trump administration.
For Zuckerberg and Meta, the fallout could be severe. Already under fire from lawmakers and facing growing public skepticism, these latest leaks could prompt renewed calls for regulation and accountability in the tech industry.

As these revelations unfold, the debate over the role of big tech in society intensifies. With billions of users worldwide, platforms like Facebook wield immense power over public discourse—a power that has often been used to stifle dissent and promote specific agendas.
O’Keefe’s investigation underscores the urgent need for greater transparency and accountability in big tech. Whether these revelations will spark meaningful change or be dismissed as another scandal in an era of polarized politics remains to be seen.
For now, Zuckerberg’s attempts to portray himself as an unwitting pawn in the Biden administration’s censorship machine appear increasingly hollow. The evidence points to a far more troubling reality: Facebook’s active and willing participation in shaping narratives and silencing dissent.
