When a reporter asked if he would complete his term or hand over power to Vice President Kamala Harris, Biden responded with an unusual and dismissive retort.
“You’re not hurt, are you?” Biden asked, pointing to his head with one finger. When the reporter politely requested that Biden approach for a clearer conversation, Biden replied, “Did you fall on your head or something?”
