45th President Donald Trump posted a response to Elon Musk’s Twitter acquisition to his Truth Social account this morning, revealing his thoughts on the matter for the first time since the deal completed.

In his statement, Trump congratulated and lauded the African-American billionaire on his acquisition and fight for free speech, but seemed to suggest that he was content to continue using his Truth Social account and platform.

“TRUTH SOCIAL has become somewhat of a phenomena,” Trump opened his statement about Musk. “Last week it had bigger numbers than all other platforms, including TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and the rest. It also looks and works better to my eye.”

Still, he continued, “I am very happy that Twitter is now in sane hands, and will no longer be run by Radical Left Lunatics and Maniacs that truly hate our country.”

He added, “Twitter must now work hard to rid itself of all of the bots and fake accounts that have hurt it so badly. It will be much smaller, but better,” before concluding, “I LOVE TRUTH!

After first entering the building while carrying a kitchen sink earlier this week, Musk returned to Twitter’s headquarters last night after his multi-billion dollar deal to buy the big tech company and take it private concluded.

In one of his first orders of business, Musk fired Twitter’s entire executive suite of employees, including canned-CEO Parag Agrawal and “trust and safety” censorship guru Vijaya Gadde.

This means that every top-level decision maker at Twitter who helped make the decision to ban Trump’s account are no longer at the company.

Before becoming the company’s CEO upon founder Jack Dorsey’s departure, Agrawal previously served as the site’s Chief Technical Officer, and was described as “obsessively” focusing on using the platform’s resources to censor “hate speech” and “misinformation.”

Gadde was a key figure behind the censorship of the New York Post stories about Hunter Biden’s laptop just days before the 2020 presidential election, a move that pollsters say saved Joe Biden’s electoral odds.

Prior to closing the deal, Musk suggested he may fire up to 75% of Twitter staff, though has since said the number may not be final.
