The travesty continues. A three-judge panel heard arguments from both sides and it appears that they will allow Gen Flynn to be persecuted prosecuted. One judge was appointed by Trump, one by George H W Bush and one by Obama. That judge displayed obvious bias.
Judge Robert L. Wilkins, who was appointed by Barack Obama was obviously biased and strayed from the case at least once as he described a racial incident as reasoning for the continuing the case against Gen Flynn.
The Flynn case has absolutely nothing to do with race.

Judge Sullivan is opposing the DOJ’s position and is looking at it. We are not on appeal of an order – not review of an order. Beyond the order – the respondent wants to dig into prosecutorial motives which is not their job. What crap from Judge Sullivan.

This case should never have been brought and once all of the exculpatory evidence that pointed to a setup. it should have been dropped which is exactly what the DOJ did. But crooked judge, Emmet Sullivan is determined to play politics with this case. An American hero has been drug through the mud so Democrats can gain a political advantage.

Finally over – initial feeling is Bush judge is fine with Judge Sullivan continuing with a hearing on God knows what in July.
