Liberal Derangement

Event For Fallen Police Officer Killed In Mass Shooting Cancelled In California After Liberals Demand No Trump Supporters Attend

Liberal protesters turn services for officer ino
to political circus.

OPINION – Dean James at Right Wing Tribune

Once Again, The Democrats Have Shown Their True Colors By Cancelling An Event For A Fallen Police Officer Who Was Killed In The Line Of Duty During A Mass Shooting At The Borderline Bar And Grill In Thousand Oaks, Calif.

The reason?

Apparently they did not they did not want Republicans and Trump supporters there- so they allegedly shut down the charity event which was intended to raise money for the fallen officer’s family.

A group called Fallen Officers organized a football event in the officer’s remembrance and to honor him and pay respects for his ultimate sacrifice, NationalSentinel reports.

The police chief from Thousand Oaks, California complained about having Republicans and Trump supporters there, then a Democrat state assembly woman chimed in about her politically biased concerns. The two partisans eventually convinced the event’s sponsors to back out of the event.

So unfortunately, there will be no event, and no homage paid to Sgt. Ron Helus, who gave his life trying to protect these very people. Of course the other conequence is that no funds were raised for his family.

My question is, are partisan leftists so hell bent on destroying their political foes that they are willing to hurt the families of fallen heroes?

In this case, the answer is emphatically, yes. They have shut down an event aimed at helping a cop’s family in the name of partisan politcs.

Watch:

Sheriff’s Sgt. Ron Helus

Ventura County Sheriff’s sergeant Ron Helus, 54, was first on the scene of the shooting.

Helus was shot multiple times as he and a California Highway Patrol officer exchanged fire with the gunman inside the bar.

He was a 29-year veteran of the department. He was speaking to his wife Karen when he received the call about a mass shooting.

The last thing he said to her was: “Hon, I got to go, I love you. I gotta go on a call.”
