I think we all knew the REAL reason that Pelosi and the establishment are so concerned with impeaching Trump. It has nothing to do with what happened at the Capitol. This is the real reason why:
60 Minutes tweeted out a clip of the interview, remarking:
‘Tonight, in the first interview with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi since a mob smashed its way through the Capitol, Speaker Pelosi tells Lesley Stahl one motivation for impeaching POTUS is to assure he never runs for the presidency again.’

Lesley Stahl: What if he pardons himself?
Nancy Pelosi: What if he pardons these people who are terrorists on the Capitol?
Lesley Stahl: … or pardons himself?
Nancy Pelosi: He can only pardon himself from Federal Offenses, and that’s where he’s being investigated in the state of New York.
Lesley Stahl: There is a possibility that after all of this, there’s no punishment, no consequences, and he could run again for president.
Nancy Pelosi: And that’s one of the MOTIVATIONS THAT PEOPLE HAVE FOR ADVOCATING FOR IMPEACHMENT.
Lesley Stahl: Won’t it take more than 10 days? I mean, does it actually make sense?
Nancy Pelosi: Well I like the 25th Amendment because it gets rid of him. He’s out of office.
uhhhh, but, there is strong support in the Congress for impeaching the President a second time.
