That’s to your great governor Andrew Cuomo, you may never be convicted of serious offenses because you get released from jail without bail and if the charges are too serious and you got caught in the act, you can always go into hiding, something you might not do if you had to post bail.
So, I guess criminals are exempt from jail in NY.
It’s a wonder he isn’t sending them to nursing homes.
