Pendry Expands Branded Residences to Nashville, Tampa, Mexico City and Barbados

Pendry Hotels & Resorts is building branded private residences alongside new hotels in Mexico City, Nashville, Tampa and Barbados, with unit counts ranging from 20 to 190 and shared access to hotel-style amenities.

Pendry Hotels & Resorts is rolling out a new line of branded private residences in four locations — Mexico City, Nashville, Tampa and Barbados — pairing hotel-style service with for-sale homes, according to the company.

Each project combines a Pendry hotel with a separate collection of private residences, giving owners access to on-site management, concierge services and amenities shared with hotel guests. Owners also receive privileges across the wider Pendry and Montage Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

Mexico City

Pendry’s first Latin American property is planned for the Roma Norte neighborhood of Mexico City, a district known for its architecture, art galleries and dining. The development will include 114 hotel guest rooms and 20 private residences. The building was designed by Mexican architecture firms Central de Arquitectura and IZ Arquitectos along with design studio AVROKO. Planned amenities include a café, a bar called Bar Pendry, a restaurant and a rooftop pool deck.

Nashville

In downtown Nashville, Pendry Residences will be built within the Paseo South Gulch district, an area focused on dining, wellness and culture. The project, designed by Post Company, will include 180 hotel rooms and 146 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms. Planned features include a private pool, fitness center, golf simulator, a whiskey and billiards lounge, and a top-floor space called the Conservatory with private dining and a chef’s kitchen. Food and beverage operations are set to be run by Ten Five Hospitality.

Tampa

Along Tampa’s Riverwalk, Pendry Residences Tampa will offer 190 residences ranging from one to six bedrooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces facing the river, Tampa Bay and the city skyline. Planned amenities include waterfront restaurants and bars operated by Clique Hospitality, a speakeasy, a poolside bar and grill, a Spa Pendry location and a children’s program called Paintbox.

Barbados

Pendry’s first Caribbean property is planned for the Platinum Coast in St. Peter, Barbados, and will include an 80-room resort, Pendry Residences Barbados and a separate Pendry Yacht Club. The project includes 46 turnkey residences that come furnished with RH furniture, linens and kitchen appliances. The site will also include a 110-berth marina, a Spa Pendry location, an activity program called Compass Sports and the Paintbox children’s program. The yacht club will offer a separate membership for marina access that is not tied to owning a residence.

Pendry has not released pricing, construction timelines or sales-launch dates for the four projects. The company said more information, including availability, is posted on the Pendry Residences website.

The company notes that any marketing of the residences is not an offer to sell property in states where such offers are restricted by law or where registration requirements have not been satisfied.
