Melanie Guevara Likely, wife of New York Giants tight end Isaiah Likely, has quickly built an online following documenting life around her husband’s new team since the couple relocated to New Jersey this year.
Isaiah Likely signed a three-year, $40 million contract with the Giants in free agency in March after four seasons with the Baltimore Ravens. He followed head coach John Harbaugh, who was hired by the Giants in January after leaving Baltimore.
Melanie, 26, and Isaiah met as college sweethearts at Coastal Carolina. The couple eloped at San Francisco City Hall, hiring a last-minute photographer to capture the moment and keeping the news quiet for weeks before sharing it publicly. They celebrated their first wedding anniversary in July.
During Likely’s time in Baltimore, Melanie gained attention among NFL fans for her do-it-yourself game-day outfits. Since the move to New Jersey, she has continued posting content spanning football, food, lifestyle and fashion, including footage from the Giants’ “Significant Others” luncheon on Sept. 9.
She also shared a behind-the-scenes tour of MetLife Stadium that drew a wave of welcoming comments from Giants fans.
Ahead of the Giants’ season-opening 28-20 win over the division-rival Dallas Cowboys in East Rutherford on Sunday, Melanie posted an Instagram video showing herself assembling a last-minute outfit by cutting and gluing Giants-branded material onto a one-sleeved button-up shirt.
A separate TikTok video showed Melanie and other Giants players’ significant others being pampered before kickoff at MetLife Stadium, receiving bags of Tarte beauty products and on-site salon services from Hoboken-based Salon Gatto.
After Melanie showed off her game-day look and kissed Likely on the sideline, the tight end had one of his best performances, leading the team with eight receptions for 78 yards and two touchdowns.
The Giants will look to move to 2-0 when they face the Los Angeles Rams on “Monday Night Football” on Sept. 21.
