Sean “Diddy” Combs’ 19-year-old twin daughters, D’Lila and Jessie Combs, made a joint appearance at New York Fashion Week this week, appearing at the LaQuan Smith spring/summer 2027 show at Brookfield Place on Monday night while their father remains in federal custody.
The sisters wore coordinating minidresses — D’Lila in red, Jessie in black — paired with gold Alexis Bittar purses, chandelier drop earrings and matching low ponytails. They held hands as they entered the show, presenting a united front at the high-profile fashion event.
The appearance follows news that the twins are launching their own fashion brand, called 12TWINTY1, a project they say has been three years in the making. D’Lila told Page Six she and her sister see their public lives as distinct from their father’s ongoing legal troubles.
“His press is his press and our press is our press,” D’Lila said. “Our journey is separate. We try to stay positive, and we’re focused on what we’re building.”
Jessie said fashion has been a passion since childhood, crediting both parents as influences. Their mother, model Kim Porter, died in 2018 of natural causes related to pneumonia at age 47.
“Our dad has always had incredible style, and our mom did too, so they’ve both inspired us,” Jessie said.
The twins said their father has continued to offer them business advice from behind bars. “He’s very proud of us. We’ve gone to him for guidance many times, and he’s been incredibly helpful,” Jessie said.
Combs was arrested in September 2024 and initially held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, in Kings County, New York. In October 2025, he was sentenced to four years and two months in prison. He was later transferred to the low-security federal prison at Fort Dix, New Jersey, in November 2025.
His original release date of May 8, 2028, was moved up earlier this month to Feb. 5, 2028, after he was cleared of a disciplinary stint in solitary confinement stemming from a fight with another inmate in July.
