In a shocking display of disrespect, Hillary Clinton used the solemn occasion of the 80th anniversary of D-Day to make a sick and disgusting comparison between President Donald Trump and Adolf Hitler. The former Secretary of State, who lost to Trump in the 2016 presidential election, equated the fight against Nazi Germany to voting against Trump in November.
The Trump campaign responded to Clinton’s vile post with fire, calling her a “stone-cold loser” who presided over the horrific Benghazi debacle that led to the death of Americans. The campaign spokesperson, Steven Cheung, also pointed out that Clinton attempted to undo everything the brave Americans fought for on D-Day by partnering with Fusion GPS to launder discredited opposition research and merchandise it into surveillance warrants on enemies through FISA.
Conservative hardliners slammed Clinton for her disrespectful post, which they viewed as an insult to America’s military veterans. They pointed out that voting is not storming a beach under a hail of machine-gun fire to free millions from the tyranny of the Nazis.
Clinton’s comparison is not only disgraceful but also historically inaccurate. The brave Americans who stormed the beaches of Normandy on D-Day were fighting to liberate Europe from the grip of Nazi Germany, not to protect democracy from a democratically elected president like Donald Trump.
Clinton’s post also drew the ire of social media users, with many calling it “sick and disgusting.” Some even branded her a “deplorable” for comparing Trump to Hitler while commemorating the D-Day anniversary.
This is not the first time Clinton has made such a comparison. In a previous post on X, she referred to Trump as “Grifter Hitler” and shared an Associated Press article about a video posted to Trump’s Truth Social account that referenced a “unified Reich” among hypothetical headlines if he wins the November election.
Clinton’s post is just the latest example of her disgraceful behavior and her desperate attempts to remain relevant in the political arena. It is clear that she is still bitter about losing the 2016 election to Trump and will stop at nothing to undermine him and the Republican Party.
In contrast, President Trump has shown great courage in the face of Clinton’s relentless attacks and has put up with her BS when anyone else would have done what she has been doing all her life. He has always fought for the American people and their interests, while Clinton has only ever fought for her own power and prestige.
The American people know the truth, and they will not be fooled by Clinton’s disgraceful tactics. They will continue to support President Trump and his America First agenda, and they will reject the lies and corruption of the Clinton machine.
