OPINION| Well, well, well, ladies and gentlemen, it seems like our dear old friend, Joe Biden, just can’t catch a break. And by “break,” I mean he can’t even catch a break from his own supporters. In a recent campaign rally, a camera caught a sign begging Joe to step aside, right behind him, while he was giving a speech about how he’s running for re-election. Talk about awkward!
So, there was our man Joe, standing on a stage, probably trying to convince everyone that he’s still got it, while a giant sign behind him read, “Please step aside, Joe.” I mean, come on, that’s like trying to convince your friends you’re not drunk while wearing a “I’m the designated driver” t-shirt. It’s just not a good look, Joe.
Now, let’s talk about this sign for a minute. It’s not just any old sign. It’s a big, bold, beautiful sign that says, “Please step aside, Joe.” It’s like someone took a page out of Trump’s playbook and decided to troll Joe in the most public way possible.
