Hunter Slapped With Defamation Suit As Lawyer Demands Criminal Investigation Over Laptop [Video]

Hunter Biden was served with a defamation lawsuit by the owner of the Delaware computer repair shop where he abandoned his laptop, only days before Hunter’s attorney demanded the Department of Justice investigate him.

Speaking to Tucker Carlson on Thursday evening, Mac Isaac said he was a “little bit” intimidated by Hunter Biden’s call for a criminal probe into him, but that he has “been dealing with intimidation from all fronts” over the last two years and has gotten used to it.

“This isn’t as bad as being accused as a traitor and working with Russia to affect an election, but it’s pretty close.”

Valiant News reported on Thursday that Abbe Lowell, a high-powered Democrat attorney representing Hunter Biden, wrote letters to the Department of Justice and the Delaware state attorney, arguing that John Paul Mac Isaac, the owner of the computer shop, had caused harm to Hunter by allowing its contents to be publicised.

The contents, which according to a 2022 report by the Marco Polo Group, reveal supposed evidence of at least 459 business, sex and drug-related crimes, was merely a “failed political trick” using “manipulated data,” despite a CBS News investigation showing no evidence that the laptop was “faked or tampered with.”

Brian Della Rocca, Mac Isaac’s attorney, revealed that that the letters to the DOJ and Delaware’s attorney general, came only days after they were able to track him down and serve him in Culver City, California, for a defamation lawsuit that included CNN, Politico, and others, where Mac Isaac was seeking $75,000 from Hunter Biden.

Della Rocca said that while that had been talk of Hunter “going on the offensive” against Trump allies such as Steve Bannon and Rudy Giuliani, who were also mentioned in the letters, but that there hadn’t been a mention of Mac Isaac before. “And then all of a sudden, two of the letters… most of the paragraphs, most of the description in the letters, are John Paul,” Della Rocca said.

“This is really someone with so much money, or acting like they have a lot of money, going after someone who is really the little guy,” the attorney added. “And he’s doing it on purpose. He’s trying to intimidate.”

A third letter was also sent to the IRS, demanding that they review the tax-exempt status of Marco Polo USA, for daring to write the report on Hunter’s laptop, arguing that as a 501(c)(3) organisation, they could not make “partisan” comments.

At the same time as the letters were sent from the younger Biden to the DOJ, Delaware authorities, and the IRS, a separate letter was sent to Fox News and Tucker, ordering the host to apologise for and retract comments he made regarding the recent classified documents scandal.
