Decepticon Republicans have to be identified and exposed if we ever want to win a political debate. Eight House Republicans exposed themselves as fakes yesterday when they voted for criminalizing private gun sales.

Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ)

Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL)

Rep. Will Hurd (R-TX)

They knew that the legislation wouldn’t accomplish much without a national gun registry. As trusted Republican Jim Jordan pointed out, this is Washington’s first step to that national registry.
